A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item of the goods.

You must notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by letter sent by post or by email). You may use the model cancellation form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation.

We will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back to us or hand them over without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
